Guardian

Lee’s Stores director Jonathan Lee, working as an independent journalist, has written scores of restaurant and travel reviews for the Guardian. This was one of his most taxing gigs: rolling from gastrofied country pub to Mayfair honeypot to hipster hang-out, tucking into a conveyor belt of amuse-bouche, chicken velouté, honeyed pigs’ cheeks and seared scallops. Rumours that Jonathan is now tipping 26 stone are exaggerated.
